KIND WORDS

“Elle was outstanding. She both deftly led and delicately nudged our diverse band of board members to keep our eyes focused on the pre-determined goal, thereby avoiding the distractions and dead ends that sometimes arise in [executive search] processes like this one.”

– Archie Ellis, Williams Creek Youth Foundation

“Elle was very responsive and would answer any question asked or go and find the answer. She works hard to meet the organization where they are. I felt very comfortable with her.”

– Executive Director, Knoxville Family Justice Center

“Elle did a great job facilitating our board retreat. I especially liked that she didn’t come in with a controlled agenda – she let us explore in our own way.”

– Mark Braswell, Tennessee Recycling Coalition
