President and CEO
The West End Home Foundation
Our Mission
Advancing aging with dignity and strengthening communities through strategic grantmaking, policy advocacy, and cross-sector collaboration.
Our Vision
We envision a world where all older adults are valued, have opportunities to be engaged in their communities in meaningful ways, and have access to high-quality care and services that promote successful aging.
The West End Home Foundation exists to improve the quality of life for older adults by investing in nonprofit organizations that provide advocacy, food, housing, health, and transportation services. Through thoughtful grantmaking, collaboration, and advocacy, the Foundation champions dignity, purpose, and connection for aging adults across our community.
As the aging population grows and systems become more complex, the Foundation seeks a leader who understands both the urgency and the opportunity of this moment. This is a role for someone who sees the full landscape of aging services, understands how policy, funding, healthcare, housing, and community infrastructure intersect, and is inspired to steward resources with vision and purpose.
The President and CEO reports to the Board of Directors and serves as the strategic and operational leader of the Foundation.
