Friends of Radnor Lake is seeking a versatile and mission-driven Operations and Engagement Director to help protect one of Tennessee’s most cherished natural areas. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the sole staff member of a small-but-mighty nonprofit, playing a key role in administration, fundraising, events, communications, and community engagement.
About the Organization
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and tangible mission impact. You’ll coordinate board meetings, manage donor communications, oversee financial and compliance processes, support signature events like Radnor in the Round and Earth Day, and serve as the primary connector between the board, the park, and the public.
Friends of Radnor Lake (FORL) supports the conservation and preservation of Radnor Lake State Park through education, volunteerism, and community partnerships. We collaborate closely with park leadership, volunteers, and donors to enhance the visitor experience and preserve the park's ecological integrity.
